A number of the units you chose ALLOW PETS for vacationers. What you would gain or lose by owning a condo in a complex that allows pets.
How many vacationers bring pets to a rental? Maybe less than 10%.  A complex that allows pets - pets will be in elevators your renter may be afraid of dogs? ...Will the pets be on the beach?...What about barking etc? Our personal preference is NO PETS COMPLEX. Another point is to stay with concrete buildings...no wood frame siding that will need higher maintenance and less durable in storms...not to mention potential crawling eating pests like termites and carpenter ants.
