Pinellas County is a peninsula surrounded
by water on three sides. To the right is Tampa Bay which separates Pinellas from
Hillsborough County. 3 bridges connect the 2 counties over the Tampa Bay waterway for fast
access to Tampa International Airport & Tampa
The most popular Beaches go from Clearwater Beach to St Pete Beach. The better the
location the better the long term real estate appreciation.
From Clearwater Beach > all the way down to Pass-A-Grille you can see a strip
of land that
runs the entire length.
On the left side is the Gulf of Mexico on the right is the intracoastal waterway. The
intracoastal has 3 outlets for boaters to get to the Gulf. One at Clearwater -Sand Key,
another at Johns Pass in Madeira Beach and one below Pass-A-Grille.
Many condos on the intracoastal have boat
slips. Some come with the unit purchased, some are sold separately, some complex slips are
available for rental, some are day docks.
Some condos have views of the Gulf of Mexico and have public access to the Beach across
Gulf Blvd. There are also many condos directly on the Gulf Beaches. Gulf Boulevard runs from Sand Key to St Pete Beach

The open water is called Tampa Bay. Waterfront
Real estate on that coast line has direct boating access to the Gulf of Mexico by going
under the
Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Snell Isle is an upscale
community located on the south right corner of Pinellas County. The entire pinellas
peninsula is fully developed with all the amenities....like numerous shopping
malls...theatres...restaurants etc.
