in a lower purchase price. Buyer Agents do not charge buyers a fee. Buyer Agents are
compensated by sharing the commission that the seller has agreed to pay their Listing

expense of finding you the right property. You'll be sent and consulted on all listings in
your criteria. We'll set up appointments, show properties, look out for your interests,
negotiate on your behalf and assist with mortgage info.
