What we do for Buyers- You'll
be emailed all listings in your criteria. You contact us for further details on any of
them. You'll have access to All Tampa Bay Listings plus specific research information from
our special web sites. We'll use our proprietary software to intensify your search and set
up a daily Hot Sheet for any new listings that arrive. We'll relay the information you may
need on schools, mortgage and loan info, taxes, area details, etc. We work at your pace.
We'll set up appointments, show properties, look out for your interests and seriously
negotiate on your behalf. Our skills are used in the best interest of the buyer. You're
under no obligation to purchase any real estate.
We do not Charge a fee for our service. We're compensated by sharing the
commission that the seller has agreed to pay their listing agent and such compensation
does not compromise our duties owed to the Buyer. A buyer's agent is in a stronger
position in negotiations, which typically results in a lower purchase price.
